Vantage Casting is a scouting agency that is also a casting firm. We are hired by studios and producers (big and small) to discover talent and performers for their projects. We are paid a variety of ways from a flat-fee "head hunter fee" to royalty fee on the production. We take the risk up front of recruiting, casting and screen-testing talent at our expense to find the right performer for the client.We have also helped performers build their own brands and help them operate on subscriber based platforms, major content sites and in agreement with major studios.We get paid to find you, screen you, test you and recommend you.

Typically Vantage Casting does not "take on" performers or talent as represented clients. There are cases where this would happen and we have been successful with this type of arrangement in the past. We believe that performers and talent should retain as much of their earnings as possible.Vantage Casting can work with your current representation or Talent Agent. Vantage Casting can also recommend how and where to locate a Talent Agent or representation if a performer desires.

You absolutely can pursue opportunities on your own, and many performers do. However, working with Vantage Casting gives you access to industry knowledge, professional guidance, and a layer of screening and support that can be difficult to build independently, especially for new or emerging talent.Our goal is to help connect talent with legitimate opportunities while reducing many of the risks, uncertainty, and time investment involved in navigating the industry alone.
