Applicants are asked to provide recent photographs, contact information, age verification documentation, location, availability, measurements or appearance details, experience history if applicable, and information regarding the types of projects they are interested in pursuing.Additional information or materials may be requested depending on the requirements of a specific project or client.All information is kept confidential. Photos and other items submited cannot be released without an agreement between Vantage Casting and the applicant.Vantage Casting complies with all age-verification and record keeping for 2257 Compliance.
Vantage Casting takes privacy and confidentiality seriously. Personal information and application materials are shared only with authorized staff and, when necessary, with clients or producers directly involved in opportunities for which an applicant has expressed interest or granted permission to be considered.
Once an applicant submits their application, the Regional Casting Agent & Talent Scout review the application. If determined that Vantage Casting may be a fit for the applicant and the applicant fits current needs of Vantage Casting, the Regional Casting Agent & Talent Scout will contact the applicant about next steps.Steps usually include:A phone or email conversationSetting up a one on one interviewSetting up photo & filmed casting sessionsAgency session (if being on-boarded as talent)There is no guarantee that an applicant with advance to any step or stage of the process. Applications are kept on file for 12 months and may be contacted (or contacted again) during that time if projects or needs arise.
