These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantage Casting website, including any application, submission, or communication made through it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Vantage Adult Casting & Talent Agency, LLC ("Vantage Casting," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, submitting an application, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Vantage Casting is a talent casting and representation agency operating within the adult entertainment industry. Submission of an application through this Site does not guarantee representation, booking, or work of any kind. All representation is subject to a separate, signed agreement between Vantage Casting and the applicant.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a job offer, contract, or guarantee of income, bookings, or placement.

3. Application Submissions
By submitting an application, photographs, or other materials through the Site, you represent and warrant that:
All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful
You are the person depicted in any photographs or materials submitted
You have the legal right to submit any materials provided, and doing so does not violate any third party's rights
You are voluntarily submitting this information, without coercion from any other person
Submission of an application does not create any employment, agency, or representation relationship between you and Vantage Casting. Any such relationship arises only upon execution of a separate written agreement.
Materials submitted through the application process are handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, or misrepresent your identity or age
Submit content depicting any person under the age of 18, or content that could reasonably be construed as depicting a minor
Submit content that you do not have the right to share, or that infringes on the rights of any third party
Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of the Site
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law
Harass, threaten, or abuse Vantage Casting staff or other users
We reserve the right to reject any application, remove any submission, and report any content or conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law, including to law enforcement where required.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements (excluding materials submitted by applicants), is the property of Vantage Casting or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any separate model release or performer agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in connection with the claim.
